yeah you dumbass you need a new monitors cuz the tv bottlenecks the graphics. see that little knob in the cord near the connector you plug into the tv? thats specifically designed to capture the framerates so your tv doesnt explode. you need a new monitor which bypasses the little frames capturing device the FCD.
