Next up for me is to do some high speed flash stuff as others talked about already in this thread, did this handheld as preliminary test today with built in flash set to 1/8th power, less flash power, more flash speed, but once i get me a proper flash i do something that actually looks nice.

first attempt at high speed with the new flash.  power was 1/128.  setup needs a lot of work.  i was eyeballing where to put the drop to get it in focus, came close but not dead on.  need to work out some way of attaching the syringe to a stand so i can put it in the same place, and think i should close up the aperture some.  still having some issues with stray light showing the lip and bottom edges of the bucket, need to figure something out for that as well... maybe a black bucket instead of a clear one? 

lens was also dirty from my trip to the falls, and i forgot to clean it :p

at any rate, its a first attempt, i want to try it again when i work out a better.
