http://gizmodo.com/5937762/samsung-vs-apple-apple-winning-big-updating Samsung hit with over $1 BILLION in damages, paid to Apple. Hoo boy! That's enough to buy an Instagram, with cash left over. $1,051,855,000, to be exact. and Samsung reply : "Today's verdict should not be viewed as a win for Apple, but as a loss for the American consumer. It will lead to fewer choices, less innovation, and potentially higher prices. It is unfortunate that patent law can be manipulated to give one company a monopoly over rectangles with rounded corners, or technology that is being improved every day by Samsung and other companies. Consumers have the right to choices, and they know what they are buying when they purchase Samsung products. This is not the final word in this case or in battles being waged in courts and tribunals around the world, some of which have already rejected many of Apple's claims. Samsung will continue to innovate and offer choices for the consumer."

Sorry for not posting a picture while i post, i got a question that i'd ask here about photo before resorting to a photo forum.
Im thinking of taking a photo of the night sky with stars and all that shit, as many know higher ISO will yeild faster shutter speeds with more noise, however, a very long exposure will also yeild a lot of noise, question is Low ISO 2-3 minute or high ISO 20seconds?
ive never found long exposures at low ISO to give lots of noise. if you can keep the camera stationary, longer exposures at lower ISOs i find will always be better. just hope there isnt any strong breezes that may cause trees to sway around a lot because they will blur to shit... though that may be a neat effect even if it doesnt convey the stilness that you are probably going for.
2-3 minutes may be overkill, i cant see you going more than 30 seconds max, and if it does, just bump the ISO one notch. obviously youll want to shoot at the smallest aperature (or largest f-stop) possible to keep your image as sharp as possible.
... and shoot RAW
also dont forget that at 2-3min exposure if you're taking stars, you will have star trail
